Return & Exchange Policy
**GENERAL POLICY** At Loonyloop, we offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To begin the return process, please contact us at loonyloopuk@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. **EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS** Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as swimwear and underwear). If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us. **EXCHANGES** The quickest way to get a replacement or a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item. **EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD** For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with our general policy, the item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. **REFUNDS** Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at loonyloopuk@gmail.com.
Shipping Policy
We deliver worlwide from our hub in London. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. If you've got questions, please write us loonyloopuk@gmail.com. Typical we send the Order during 3 (three) business days. If any goods were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may be up to 14 working days. Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure. We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion. TAXES AND DUTIES The prices of all Products offered for sale on the Website are inclusive of VAT. SHIPPING FEES Standard shipping cost - 50£ (50€) to any country worldwide. Free delivery for orders over 400£. GOODS RECEIPT DHL delivery is carried door-to-door. A Goods Receipt is confirmation that the goods ordered have been received by the requestor. Also, the goods shall be deemed delivered to the Buyer if the Buyer has allowed representatives of the above mentioned delivery services to leave the parcel at the door without the Buyer's presence. The risk of not receiving package in this case is the responsibility of the Buyer.
